Carey named Senior Vice President and Global Ambassador

MedSend is pleased to announce that Randy Carey has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Donor Development, and Global Ambassador.

randy7“Randy will be a part of the senior management team guiding and directing MedSend’s future,” said Rick Allen, MedSend’s President & CEO. “He will also be a leader in the area of development, building and investing in the next generation of MedSend development officers. Randy will continue to partner with our donor base and bring in new supporters as a part of his donor development role. In addition, as Global Ambassador, he will be called on to represent MedSend at home and abroad.”

With an MBA from  the Florida Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in theology from Wheaton College, Carey joined MedSend in 2001 after retiring from 23 years of service in the U.S. Army. As a MedSend development officer, he has worked tirelessly on behalf of the ministry, according to Allen.

“Randy has met and exceeded his goals and objectives, while exhibiting a servant leader’s heart,” Allen said.  “His love and passion for both donors and grant recipients are evident to all who know him. The MedSend board affirms the longevity of his service, the outstanding fruit of his labor and his Christ-centered character. I trust that MedSend, our donors and grant recipients will benefit from his presence for years to come.”
