I am currently serving in an academic institution, practicing and teaching emergency medicine. I have the opportunity to mentor many young medical students, residents, and physicians. Additionally, we have a Healthcare Christian Fellowship study with the students and doctors which provides opportunities for discipleship. I also lead a small group study of local women from my church. Once a year, I serve a clinic in the mountains that focuses on providing healthcare to rural parts of the country and people groups that don't otherwise know Him.
