Dr. Fincher moved from Dallas, Texas to the United Arab Emirates to join Kanad Hospital (formerly known as Oasis Hospital) as an Ophthalmologist in 2009. In 2017, he took on the additional role as Director of Community Services and now has the privilege to serve as CEO of Kanad Hospital.
