MedSend Welcomes Jeff Johnson as Vice President, Development-West

MedSend is pleased to announce the expansion of its development team with a key new hire: Jeff D. Johnson. Jeff joins MedSend in the role of Vice President, Development-West.
Jeff brings over 40 years of successful insurance sales industry experience to his MedSend role. He has won multiple industry awards and achieved this success while using servant leadership principles and advocating for the clients he served. During his business career, Jeff created the Defender Training and Mentoring System in response to the urgent need to address the leading cause of failure among advisors and leaders: fear. Jeff has been a passionate advocate for his clients throughout his career and will bring that same passion to the ministry of MedSend.
Jeff likes to spend his free time with his lovely wife, Julie. He is an avid golfer and pickleball player. He also enjoys traveling and exploring the world, all while serving the Lord through his mission work associated with the Timothy Initiative that plants churches worldwide and through his role with MedSend.
Morgan Boardman, Chief Development Officer of MedSend said, “I am excited to have Jeff Johnson joining the MedSend development team as God continues to grow the ministry of MedSend. Jeff has a wonderful heart for ministry and his experience in both business and ministry will be blessing as we continue to build awareness of how God is using healthcare missions to share compassionate care and the love and good news of Christ with a world in great need.”
MedSend is a high impact ministry dedicated to empowering Christian healthcare professionals to serve long-term in areas of deep physical and spiritual need. MedSend does this through three programs: MedSend to the World, the National Scholars, and The Longevity Project.
MedSend to the World provides grants to U.S.-educated healthcare personnel. The National Scholars program provides scholarships to Christian national medical professionals seeking advanced and specialized training in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. MedSend National Scholars are becoming the leaders of mission hospitals and residency programs in their regions. The Longevity Project provides professional, relational, and spiritual support to healthcare missionaries. Over a million people in 97 countries receive care each year in difficult places from MedSend supported healthcare workers.
Healthcare remains the only form of access as a Christian witness in many countries.
Your gift helps activate the movement of God's people to the field. Will you join us in ensuring that eager Christ-following health professionals are able to serve the Lord through global healthcare missions.
