Scott and his wife, Joann, joined Barnabas International in 2020 after serving in Lebanon, where they offered soul care to a cross-cultural ministry team, and pastored an international church.  They previously served together in campus ministry at Colorado State University and pastored a church plant in Romania.  His career also includes marketplace experience:  Scott served as a software engineer for an integrated circuit manufacturer, as well as various roles for an instrumentation manufacturer. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Management, and has training in Adult Learning Development, Coaching, and Spiritual Direction. As a shepherd with Barnabas, Scott serves as a spiritual companion for global workers and national leaders through online calls and on-field visits, retreat facilitation, debriefing, spiritual direction, coaching and training.
