As the 2026 NFL Draft takes over the Steel City, you’ll be right in the middle of the action. MedSend will serve as your guide for this unforgettable experience — taking care of the details so you can fully immerse yourself in the energy, excitement, and celebration of this historic weekend.
Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Pittsburgh; once you arrive, we are delighted to take care of the rest and ensure a seamless, memorable experience.

- Sharing a room: $800 for the second person
- Pay in full now or reserve your spot with a deposit and complete your payment by Thursday, April 9.
- Deposits are non-refundable after Monday, April 13.

The MedSend NFL Draft Experience runs Thursday, April 23 through Saturday, April 25, 2026.
- Plan to arrive at Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) before 5:00 PM on Thursday.
- Plan to depart after 2:00 PM on Saturday.
Group shuttle transportation will be provided.
The closest airport to Home2Suites and the NFL Draft is Pittsburgh International Airport(PIT). PIT is located about 20 miles from Home2Suites or about a 45-minute drive to Home2Suites.
We will stay north of the city, allowing for seamless transportation and a relaxed group atmosphere.

The official NFL Draft takes place April 23–25 on Pittsburgh’s North Shore (Acrisure Stadium area and Point State Park).
Public entry to Draft activities requires free registration through NFL OnePass. MedSend will provide guidance on completing this registration.

This weekend offers the unique opportunity to connect personally with a current Grant recipient, MedSend staff and other donors through shared meals, discussions, devotionals, and reflection. It’s a unique way to experience the excitement of the NFL Draft while deepening your understanding of how MedSend brings hope and healing around the world.
The event is designed for a small, intimate group of 6–8 participants.
Late April in Pittsburgh is typically mild, with temperatures averaging 50–60°F. Since many Draft activities are outdoors, we recommend packing layers.
Chris Pfeiffer, a Pittsburgh native and MedSend staff member, will guide the group and coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless experience.
