A Heart to Help: How Healthcare Missions Donors Make a Difference

Together, we support. Together, we sustain. Together, we serve.

On a recent MedSend spiritual journey through Greece and Turkey, a unique group gathered—Longevity Project participants, global healthcare missionaries, and the donors who make their work possible.

Among them was Donna Geuser.

A Journey Through Faith and Service

“I came on this trip to learn about the Apostle Paul,” Donna shares. “But I didn’t realize the depth of the spiritual connections we would form. These are literally heroes of the faith. Healers. And I began to feel so humbled.”

As she heard their stories under olive trees and ancient ruins, Donna found herself reflecting: “What do I do compared to what they do?” But through prayer, Scripture, and shared devotionals, something shifted.

“I remembered someone once told me I had the heart of a servant,” she said. “And I thought—wait a minute. I can be a helper. I am a helper.”

Rediscovering a Calling to Help

For Donna, that calling means giving generously and supporting The Longevity Project, the National Scholars Program, and other MedSend initiatives that equip and sustain frontline healthcare missionaries.

“It’s not about me going,” she says. “But I can help send them. I can support them. And to see it in action, to be with them here on this trip. It brings it all together.”

You Make the Mission Possible

While we celebrate every agency, hospital, and ministry we work with, we know that our most important partner is you. Your support makes everything possible. Because of your generosity, healthcare missionaries are released from the burden of educational debt and can serve where God has called them—without hesitation or financial limitation.

Our mission is only possible because of the generosity of healthcare missions donors. You are a crucial part of the MedSend family, walking alongside us as we send healthcare professionals into communities where medical care is scarce and the need is overwhelming. Your support not only funds their journey but becomes part of the healing process, reaching lives across the world with Christ-centered care.

Partnership with Purpose

Partnership is more than collaboration—it’s a shared vision and a united purpose. Together, we are equipping those called to serve, empowering ministries on the ground, and engaging compassionate donors who make it all possible. Together, we are bringing hope and healing to the nations.

Together, we go—further than any one of us could alone.
